The Board will be provided with an update regarding our Sports Medicine Advisory Committee. - Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce Requests Spring Fling Extension
The Chamber is requesting that the Board consider extending our contract through the next classification cycle. - Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce Requests Basketball Extension
The Chamber is requesting that the Board consider extending our Division I Boys’ and Girls’ State Basketball Championship contract through the next classification cycle. - Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce Requests Girls’ Soccer Extension
The Chamber is requesting that the Board consider extending our contract through the 2017-18 Girls’ Soccer State Championships. - TSSAA Football Championship Bid Proposals
Football bid packages were sent out in August to every city that expressed interest in hosting the BlueCross Bowl football championship games beginning in 2017 through 2020. The staff did site visits in three cities. Two of those submitted proposals for consideration. Both Clarksville and Cookeville will present their proposals to the Board.

Board members want to consider setting a consisted fee schedule in every sanction sport. - Official Appeals Suspension of Registration

In the event the Financial Report for the 2016 Football Playoffs has not been completed by January 12, we will present this to the Board once it is finalized.
