Quick Bball Background:

Played point guard since I started basketball career in Jr. Pro at Moore County where my team, the "Mavericks"  were Champs of the league.  Success continued in Jr. High my 7th grade year, when we went 19-1 ending the year with a tournament championship.  In high school, I was brought up from 8th grade and earned the back up point guard position to Senior PG, Chad Tipps, now the Head Coach of Lincoln Co. Falcons Boys Varsity Basketball.  From that year, until my Junior year we won 53 straight District games. We were ranked #1 in the state my sophomore and junior seasons.  My junior season, we won the first State Championship in school history in ANY sport, and to this day we remain the only state champs.  I was State Tournament Most Valuable Player.  I was awarded the top honor that year as Mr. Basketball of Tennessee.   I traveled the nation in the summers finishing as one of the top teams in the Nationals with the Music City Players.  I continued to travel with the Nike Tennessee Travelers to compete against the best players in the Nation.  I moved my senior year to Smyrna High School, where I led the team to the Sectional Tournament and 1 game away from the State Tournament.  This had never been done in school history in Boys Varsity Basketball.  It is still the ONLY banner hanging in the Smyrna Gymnasium for Varsity Boys to this day.

I was also awarded Valedictorian 4.0 GPA at Smyrna.
My father, Herman Hardin, is the Girls' Varsity Coach at Lincoln Country High School.

Philosophy:

You need to LOVE what you do, and more importantly "FALL IN LOVE WITH THE EFFORT."  In sports or in daily life, you want to be SPECIFIC with what you want to Accomplish, BELIEVE you can accomplish your goal, and NEVER be OUTWORKED.  My Confidence has always come from Detailed Preparation.   In addition,  it is of the utmost importance to have Fun, but who in the world has fun LOSING?  Answer:  Nobody that I choose to hang around.  So, why not strive to be the BEST and have FUN being a Forever Winner in all that you Choose to Do?  Now, let's get to work!
