Hermitage, Tennessee, February 7, 2019 – The awards will be presented to the top girls and boys in five classifications of the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association on the floor of Murphy Center on the campus of MTSU at a time and date to be announced in mid-February.
NewsRadio WGNS Primetime Sports and Winners' Trophies are once again proud to honor the best Rutherford County Middle School basketball athletes. The teams have been selected from the local RCMSAA schools, Eagleville and Middle Tennessee Christian School.

AT ANNUAL INDUCTION CEREMONIES APRIL 13
The 2019 TSSAA Hall of Fame inductees have been selected. Nine new members will be inducted into the TSSAA Hall of Fame at the annual luncheon at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in Murfreesboro on Saturday, April 13, 2019.
The threat of snow by Tuesday has led to many area prep basketball games to be moved up in anticipation of the wintry weather.
Our State Farm Prep basketball broadcast will also move to Monday on WGNSRadio.com while on the radio, we will air the MTSU basketball coaches shows.

Stewarts Creek High School announces the selection of Bert Browne as the next head football coach for the Red Hawks. Browne, a former Tennessee Tech standout quarterback, brings over 27 years coaching experience at both the high school and collegiate levels in Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, and most recently Georgia.
