It's the 14th school year WGNS Primetime Sports has teamed with Little Caesars Pizza to award the middle school all sports trophies for girls, boys and overall sports.

It's just the third year ever the awards have gone to three different schools.

Oakland Middle School claimed the overall sports trophy this season. It's the fifth time they've been the overall sports winner in the nine-years of the school. The Chargers won the county boys basketball tournament title and were regular season champions in softball. Oakland finished second place in both girls and boys races. (Principal Dr. Tori Ruis accepts the overall sports trophy)

Siegel Middle School won their 26th all sports award in 14-years, taking the girls sports trophy. There have only been two years the Cavaliers haven't won at least one of the awards. Siegel won both the regular season and tournament championships in volleyball and girls soccer. (Siegel girls athletes are joined by their coaches for a photo. This after being announced by Bryan Barrett of WGNS on the morning announcements of the trophy being awarded).

Stewarts Creek Middle wins an all sports award for just the second time in school history. They take the boys all sports trophy. The Falcons were boys soccer regular season and tournament champions and football finished runner up in both the regular season and championship game. (Boys coaches from Stewarts Creek Middle join Bryan Barrett at a school wide assembly for the announcement).

WGNS Primetime Sports and Little Caesars Pizza congratulate all middle school athletes on an outstanding season.
