    The 2018 Cheer and Dance Championships were held on November 17, 2018.  In the event the Financial Report has not been completed by January 10, we will present this to the Board once it is finalized.

  7. John Overton High School Appeals Sanctions
    John Overton High School will be present to appeal the sanctions placed on the school November 1, 2018, due to the incident that occurred between John Overton High School and Antioch High School during their football contest on October 26, 2018.

    Antioch High School will be present to appeal the sanctions placed on the school November 1, 2018, due to the incident that occurred between John Overton High School and Antioch High School during their football contest on October 26, 2018.
  9. Wrestling Weight Management Program Fees/Equipment
  10. Knoxville Christian School Requests to Play TSSAA Member Schools
    In August 2017, the Board voted member schools could not play Knoxville Christian School due to recruiting concerns that were not rectified.  The school has submitted a letter from their Athletic Director detailing how this issue has been addressed and is requesting that TSSAA member schools be allowed to play them again.
  11. Ezell-Harding Christian School Football
    Ezell-Harding Christian School is informing the TSSAA of their intention to play 8-man football beginning next season (2019).  Their request is to be allowed to continue to play in the basketball postseason.
  12. Girls’ State Basketball Tournament
    We have been notified by MTSU of a possible scheduling conflict for the Girls’ State Basketball Tournament.  The staff will explain.
