Siegel senior running back Leland Wilhoite had 13 carries for 111-yards and four touchdowns to lead the Stars to a 43-2 win over county foe Stewarts Creek.

The Stars were "aligned" most of the game in all phases - offense, defense and special teams.

After scoring their first touchdown, they recovered an on-side kick. Their defense only gave up 107 yards to the Red Hawks and senior Peyton Swope had a fumble recovery for a touchdown.

Siegel's offense had 322 yards of total offense (152 rushing, 170 passing).

Siegel senior quarterback Brenden Crowell was 8-of-13 passing for 170 yards and two passing touchdowns.

The Stars travel to Ravenwood next Friday while Stewarts Creek hosts Antioch in their Region 5-6A opener.
